We enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel, being close to many attractions in the city. the rooms were cozy and clean, with comfortable bedding. the bathroom facilities were up, to, date and provided us with hot water. Despite a few minor issues we had with check, in, the service from the staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was provided to us each morning.

The hotel had a great location, close to the city center and all the attractions we wanted to visit during our Christmas holiday. Another positive aspect was the helpfulness of the junior staff, they were always smiling and willing to assist us with whatever we needed. the breakfast was delicious and we were served with generous portions.
The linens were dirty and stained, and the flush in our bathroom hardly worked. We also had to bear with a broken shattaf and no AC remote.
